This is one of the most hydrating, moisturizing serums I have ever used, thanks to 400,000 ppm of beta glucan, a sugar molecule that is derived from mushroom yeast. Beta glucan is a humectant, meaning it binds water to skin, flooding it with moisture. The serum is light, absorbs quickly and works well under any type of moisturizer. I use it all year round to give my skin an extra glow. 

After cleansing, toning and essence steps, apply a drops to skin and pat in to aid absorption. Can be used day and night.
