Purcell L-Glutathione Vitamin Boosting Toner

A pH balanced toner with active ingredients to brighten and lightly exfoliate skin.

If you want a glowier complexion, try this toner, which is infused with glutathione and niacinamide to brighten skin, as well as Vitamins C and E, which amplify skin brightening effects when paired together. Radiance is further enhanced by polyhydroxy acids (PHA) which gently remove dead skin cells to reveal a smoother complexion, and Vitamin B3 which strengthens the skin barrier. It absorbs quickly and leaves skin refreshed.

Appy a few drops to face and pat in to aid absorption. Or pour a few drops onto a cotton pad and swipe all over face, avoiding the eye area. Can be used day and night.
