This is a gentle toner with a pH level similar to skin so it doesn't make skin feel dry or tight. The 14 types of hyaluronic acid have a low molecular weight so it can penetrate more deeply into pores. It nourishes all skin types including oily/acne prone skin, as it is not too oily or heavy. 

How to Use

Apply a few drops onto cleansed skin and pat in to aid absorption. Or use a cotton pad to apply toner to face. This toner has a light and watery texture that can be layered as many times as skin can absorb, for extra hydration.
