This toner has been one of the top selling products in Korea for the last several years. It is a clean, refreshing toner that helps skin maintain a healthy pH level, replenishes nutrients after cleansing and prepares skin to receive the benefits of the products that follow. It contains mineral-rich sea water, which is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, sugarcane extract and panthenol, which help hydrate and moisturize skin. It also contains chondrus crispus extract (Irish moss) which has antioxidants to further protect skin from environmental stressors. Pair it with the moisturizer from the same line for happy, glowy skin!

Purified Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, Propanediol, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugarcane) Extract, Sea water, 1, 2-Hexanediol, Protease, Betaine, Panthenol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Allantoin, Xanthan Gum, Disodium EDTA.

Pour a few drops onto a cotton pad and swipe over face, avoiding the eye area. Follow with the rest of your routine.
