This toner does a great job of reducing the inflammation and congestion that causes breakouts. It contains three botanical extracts - heartleaf, centella asiatica and licorice root - which are calming, non irritating and help balance skin's pH levels to keep breakouts at bay. It also contains panthenol for hydration, which acne prone skin also needs to stay healthy. Pair it with the serum and moisturizer of the same line for clear, balanced and comfortable skin.
After cleansing, apply a few drops of toner directly onto skin, either using a cotton pad or patting directly onto skin.
