pH-balanced, with 0.015% of hypochlorous acid (within the ideal concentration of 0.01% to 0.02%), that calms irritation and reduces inflammation. Unlike alcohol, hypochlorous acid won't dehydrate or irritate the skin as it neutralizes quickly. Niacinamide has been added to brighten skin, as well as panthenol to hydrate and moisturize. Gentle enough for daily use. 

How to Use

After cleansing and toning, spray a few pumps onto face and let it dry down completely before continuing with the rest of skincare routine.
