Haruharu - Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner

A firming, hydrating toner with rice extract to brighten and balance skin after cleansing.

This toner contains 95% naturally-derived ingredients, including fermented black rice and Korean ginseng which are antioxidant-rich and protect skin from environmental stressors. It has been made specifically for sensitive skin, so the signature Haruharu floral fragrance has been removed to prevent any irritation. Hyaluronic acid and beta-glucan are included to enhance hydration, promote cell regeneration, and strengthen the skin barrier. It's a wonder product!

After cleansing, apply a few drops of toner onto a cotton pad and swipe over skin, avoiding the eye area. Or pat a few drops onto skin.
