To me, essences are at the core of South Korean skincare - they are are deeply hydrating, brightening and plumping products that make your skin glow!

An essence is used after a toner, (which resets your skin after cleansing), to deliver a burst of hydration into your skin, and prepare it to better receive the benefits of the products that follow - like serums and moisturizers. 

If you add nothing else to your basic routine of cleansing, toning and moisturizing, make it an essence. And then send me pics of your glowing skin!
