Is it a toner? Or an essence? It is really both. With probiotics as a key ingredient, it replenishes the skin barrier after cleansing, like a toner. And thanks to fermented centella asiatica (tiger grass), it offers deep hydration, like an essence. Two steps in one! Skin 1004's formulations are so gentle and showcase herbal and botanical extracts, so you know you are doing something good for your skin. You will also notice that the products you use afterward in your routine will better penetrate your skin.
Pour a few drops onto palm of hand and press and pat all over face, avoiding the eye area. Or pour a few drops onto a cotton pad and swipe all over face. The liquid is on the thicker side, so a little goes a long way.
