Bring on the milky toners! We love them at SLB as they have the "glow" factor. This one from Tir Tir contains serious brighteners like niacinamide, rice bran and licorice extract, creating its milky texture. Centella asiatica has been added to calm irritated skin, sodium hyaluronate to provide deep hydration and peptides to help boost skin's firmness. How to Use

Pat a few drops onto freshly cleansed skin or pour onto a cotton pad and swipe all over face. Follow with rest of skincare routine. Can be used day or night. Can also be layered onto skin for extra hydration - apply one layer and wait until it is absorbed, then add another layer until skin feels nourished.
