Skin 1004 - Probio-Cica Essence Toner

A soothing essence/toner that replenishes moisture to skin, calms irritation, evens out skin tone and controls sebum production.

You will also notice that the products you use afterward in your routine will better penetrate your skin.

Pour a few drops onto palm of hand and press and pat all over face, avoiding the eye area. Or pour a few drops onto a cotton pad and swipe all over face. The liquid is on the thicker side, so a little goes a long way.
