Overnight - Complete your regular night time skincare routine and place the Biodance Mask onto face, ensuring a snug fit. Leave on all night and remove in the morning. As the mask dries down, it will become transparent and remove easily from face. Follow up with your regular morning skincare routine.

Extended Treatment - Apply regular toners and serums and leave on until the mask becomes transparent. Remove from face and proceed with regular skin care routine.
