Anua Rice 70+ Glow Milky Toner

This toner gives skin a nice glow. Skin feels hydrated and refreshed and looks more plump. Ceramides have also been added to help nourish and strengthen the skin barrier. Rice bran extract and niacinamide help to brighten skin. Non pore clogging.

How to Use

After cleansing, apply a few drops to skin and pat in to aid absorption. Or pour a few drops onto a cotton pad and apply to face, avoiding the eye area. Can be used day and night. For additional brightening, follow up with the serum from the same line.
